   please keep in mind the quality of the city is directly linked to the amount of pedestrian and cyclist traffic, not to the ease of car flow–if anything we need less cars downtown, not bandaids on a serious issue. such efforts would have great positive effect across the entire city, beyond downtown.

   bike lanes, at the very least, must be created. it is laughable our downtown continues to neglect ethical modes of transport.

   i apologize for the distraction from the south Omaha neighbors. Your team is doing a fantastic job. i welcome you to Omaha and consider you Omahans just like us.

   Oh and how about a skate park? LOL But seriously it’s a good idea. I can just see our skyline on one of those sunday afternoon skating competitions they televise on NBC.
