    This street could be cleaned up and revived by creating a series of green spaces along both sides between new and refurbished residential and retail. Think community gardens, with running water, fountains and well lit public restrooms… showers too?

    Cleaning up the buildings and houses in this area would be the fist place to start along with increased Police Patrol, and some businesses that will draw in more people and money.
