Please make the riverfront areas boater friendly. We are generally good, friendly folks and we spend money on “shore leave”. We also like to hang out in the off season in places where we can see the river and have live music.

We are tired of Rick’s high prices and bad service.

Consider docking space like the Landing has or something simpler like the Anchor Inn. With easy access to quality food and live entertainment – promote commercial development along the shore. And yes, NO chain restaurants!

Connect it to the Northern riverfront with a bike/ped path along the river. Create access to the area South of the focus area that is South and East of the tracks along the river so that this area can be utilized and developed for boat ramp access/marina as well as restaurant/retail/hotel that overlooks the river. Folks could park/eat down here and walk/bike up the riverfront to the Qwest/ballpark area.

Absolutely allow for boater access. These folks will prove the most loyal patrons of such a development.
